IPA COMPLIANCE is part of the IPA Group, formed in 1994 with the incorporation of IPA S.A., an auditing company that in 2011 was one of the first to be included in the Registry of Crime Prevention Models Certifying Entities of the Financial Market Commission (until the law 21,595). In 2022, the main partners, due to the growth of the compliance area and with the aim of deepening specialization in the matter, decided to create IPA COMPLIANCE LIMITADA, with a specific line of business giving advice on corporate compliance, ethics and best practices. This company being a continuation of IPA S.A., it has maintained the same main partners in charge of certification and assessment. The company is part of the following registries and memberships:

*Member of the Business Network of the Chamber of Commerce of Santiago A.G.


Our hallmark is performing a personalized and quality work, carried out by an interdisciplinary team, made up of Lawyers with postgraduate degrees in compliance and Auditors experienced in internal controls and risks. Another unique feature of ours is that the main partners of the firm are directly involved in the different stages of the services provided, meaning that the most relevant milestones of the process are not delegated.
