On June 21, 2024, the Executive Director of IPA COMPLIANCE, Mr. Isaac Pérez A., was invited for the second consecutive year to lecture at the Master’s in Organizational Development and People Management program offered by Universidad Diego Portales, with the presentation "Compliance: Its impact on labor relations and organization".
On November 17, 2023, the Executive Director of IPA COMPLIANCE, Mr. Isaac Pérez A., was invited to deliver an induction talk on Law No. 20.393 by Vantaz Group, the country’s largest mining consultancy. The session was attended by over 100 Vantaz collaborators who were able to ask questions about the scope of the Law, practical cases, and AI.
On September 22, 2023, the Executive Director of IPA COMPLIANCE was invited to lecture on compliance in the Master’s program in Organizational Development and People Management offered by Universidad Diego Portales (UDP). The session discussed how a compliance culture directly impacts the hiring process, work environment, and even talent retention.
On August 23, 2022, the Executive Director of IPA COMPLIANCE, Mr. Isaac Pérez Astorga, participated as the main speaker at the webinar “Ethics in Healthcare: What it means and how to create a culture of good corporate practices,” organized by the Association of Health Industry Providers (APIS A.G.). The compliance session addressed, among other topics, the importance of fostering an ethical culture within companies, especially those providing services in the health sector, where the main beneficiary is the patient along with other stakeholders. The session also covered the scope of Law No. 20.393, the crimes it contemplates, and the requirements and benefits of implementing an effective crime prevention model eligible for certification. Finally, it was emphasized that companies striving to be good corporate citizens and applying the “Tone at the Top” principle protect their most valuable asset: their reputation.
